Because even though the waiting time is less than the current size, the process of creating the new piece of material will take more time than the current size, and it would be too costly for the SolidWorks designer to add in this process.
What can you do about the variables and constants that are part of SolidWorks? These variables can be changed on a regular basis, simply by going into the Variables menu of SolidWorks and selecting Edit.
Once you’re there, simply select “Set As” and enter in the new values. The last thing you want to do is set variables to the same value. The Variables are different, so why would you want to do that? Not only are you ending up with errors, but the program might stop working altogether.
